Our Intellectual Property Practice excels through its dynamism and responsiveness to the needs of successful businesses and budding entrepreneurs to enhance their value through their intellectual property rights ("IPRs"). We advise clients across a wide spectrum of industries, including energy, pharmaceutical, technology, telecommunications, manufacturing and construction.

We provide creative and pragmatic solutions for all types of transactions, from brick and mortar businesses to state of the art electronic/telecommunication businesses, focusing on augmenting clients' IPRs and utilising the same to achieve clients' full business potential. In this respect, we actively manage clients' portfolios in Singapore and worldwide; negotiate, structure as well as provide the documentation for transactions and dealings (including licensing, franchising and compliance issues) relating to IPRs.

The Practice has considerable experience in the enforcement of all types of IPRs, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, within and outside of Singapore. These include making urgent court applications for injunctions and search and seizure orders. We actively participate in the planning and management of anti-counterfeiting programmes on behalf of clients.
