Corporate Real Estate

Our Corporate Real Estate Practice acts as counsel to international and domestic investors, government-linked companies, property funds, public listed real estate companies and lenders in real estate and financing transactions relating to real estate investment trusts, acquisitions and divestments, joint development ventures, mergers and acquisitions.

We advise on acquisitions and disposals of shares in property holding companies, regulatory requirements, corporate structuring, property and asset management agreements. Working closely with other practices in the Firm, we also advise on major real estate transactions involving investment trusts, mergers and acquisitions and asset restructuring and securitisation.

We represent vendors and purchasers in the acquisitions and disposals of buildings and land parcels for development. Having represented both developers in their collective purchases and the vendors in their collective sales, we have the requisite expertise to provide value added service to clients. We are also well placed to advise investors in the purchase of land parcels from the government through the tender process.
