The strategic position and advanced infrastructure of Singapore have contributed to the development and growth of the China Practice.

WongPartnership LLP has one of the largest China practices amongst law firms in Singapore and advises companies from Singapore and other countries on their investments in China, particularly in the areas of manufacturing and production, and real estate development. The Firm has had a China Practice since 1994. To date, we have been involved in a number of cross-border corporate and M&A transactions as well as dispute resolution matters.

Supported by a team of over 40 lawyers including several who are PRC-qualified and effectively bilingual and familiar with PRC and regional laws, we have in-depth experience in conducting due diligence and advising on mergers with and acquisitions of PRC companies and foreign investment enterprises. Our Dispute Resolution Practice has been consistently ranked at the highest levels by major regional and international commentators, and has considerable expertise in local and international arbitration including many high profile litigation matters in Singapore and in the region. Our team of partners and lawyers has advised on a range of matters and works closely with PRC domestic lawyers on general arbitrations and disputes.
