TOK Boon Sheng is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice.

His main practice areas are fund raising, capital markets transactions and general corporate law.
Boon Sheng has been involved in a number of initial public offerings on the Singapore Exchange, including Chemoil Energy Limited, an integrated physical supplier of marine fuel products globally; Parkway Life REIT, a healthcare REIT in Singapore; MacarthurCook Industrial REIT, an industrial REIT; First Ship Lease Trust, a shipping business trust; Ascott Residence Trust, the first Pan-Asian serviced residence REIT; and Fujian Zhenyun Plastics Industry Co., Ltd, an S Share offering.

Boon Sheng graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
