CHUA Sui Tong is a Partner in the Banking & Insolvency Practice. His main areas of practice are banking, corporate and commercial disputes, and insolvency and restructuring.

Matters of significance which Sui Tong has been involved in include acting for Airocean, a Singapore listed entity in a high-profile insolvency and corporate takeover battle; a syndicate of international banks in respect of the enforcement of a US$600 million facility extended to a regional cable systems company, and a related US$200 million subordinated loan extended by the debtor's holding company, which is a leading Singapore telecommunications company; and an international private equity firm with respect to a complex shareholders' dispute concerning their investment in Metalform Asia Pte Ltd, a technology company. The dispute has given rise to various litigation in Singapore and Mauritius.

Sui Tong graduated from the University of Nottingham and was admitted to the English Bar, the Singapore Bar and to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales.
