TNG Peck Chin, Partner

Tng Peck Chin is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, disposals and leasing of buildings and land, developments, collective sales and financing transactions.  She has represented major corporate and institutional clients in negotiations and dealings with regulatory authorities. 

Peck Chin has been involved in numerous en-bloc transactions. She acted for the owners of en-bloc sales of Vermont 1 & 2, Peck Hay Mansions, Newton Meadows and The Parisian with a total transaction value of over S$400 million. She also acted for the purchasers in the en-bloc purchase of Parry Gardens, Chez Bright Apartments, Carlton Terrace and houses at Paterson and Lengkok Angsa with a total transaction value of approximately S$250 million.

She has acted for leading Singapore and regional developers in their commercial and residential developments. Peck Chin acted for Millennium & Copthorne International Limited, in the proposed investment in the development of a five-star hotel for the Beijing Fortune Plaza, a mixed-use scheme of about 720,000 square metres located at 23 North Dongshanhuan Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, PRC.

She also represents private bankers and their clients in real estate investments.

Peck Chin graduated from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar.  She served as a part-time tutor for the Post Graduate Practical Law Course conducted by the Board of Legal Education between 1995 and 2004.
