NG Joo Kim is a Partner in the Equity Capital Markets Practice.

Her main practice areas are equity capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and commercial work.

Joo Kim’s experience in capital markets transactions includes advising both issuers and underwriters on various domestic and cross-border debt and equity offerings, including Rule 144A/Regulation S initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings, dual listings and pre-IPO financings. She has been involved in a significant number of IPOs featuring issuers with operations based in the People’s Republic of China.

Joo Kim has provided regulatory advice on Singapore securities regulations, compliance with listing rules of the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX) and corporate governance practices for listed companies to international financial institutions, SGX Main Board listed companies and SGX-SESDAQ listed companies.

Joo Kim graduated from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
