Annabelle co-heads the Corporate Governance & Compliance Practice and the India Practice, and is a Partner in the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.

Her main areas of practice are corporate governance and compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate and commercial transactions.

Transactions of significance which Annabelle has been involved in include acting as Singapore counsel for Henkel KGaA, a German maker of household chemicals and cosmetics in relation to the closing of its transaction with Akzo Nobel N.V, Netherlands, to acquire the adhesives and electronic materials businesses of National Starch and Chemical Company with an overall transaction value of £2.7 billion; and Refex Refrigerants Ltd, a Chennai-based, Bombay Stock Exchange-listed company, as Singapore counsel in its acquisition of a 90 percent stake in Kaltech Engineering & Refrigeration Pte Ltd. She also acted for the Singapore subsidiary The Sage Group plc in the purchase of a 100 per cent stake in Creative Software Pte Ltd, a leading provider of payroll and human resource management software solutions; and Menlo Worldwide LLC in the purchase of 100 per cent of the shareholding of Cougar Holdings Pte Ltd from Cougar Logistics Corporation Ltd.

Annabelle also acted for Smart Profit International Limited in its joint venture with leading Bahrain-based Arcapita Bank B.S.C.(c) to form Arc-CapitaLand. Arc-CapitaLand's proposed development plan is to build an IT Park and Grade A office complex in Navi Mumbai, India.

Annabelle was previously Vice President (Corporate Services) and Head of Legal and Risk Management in Singapore Airport Terminal Services Limited ("SATS"). SATS is listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited and is a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines.

Annabelle graduated from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar. She obtained her LL.M. from King's College London, University of London, specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law.
